How it works:

Step 1: Creation

You will need to choose a web address (domain name), so that we can register your domain name and install your website on a secure server. This process will take up to a couple of hours. Once complete, your website will be live and fully functioning at your chosen web address. We will supply you with your login details so that you can begin to familiarise yourselves with the admin section of your website.

Step 2: Customisation

Once the website has been setup, we will then customise it with your branding and starter content. You will need to provide us with a logo, any images and text you would like with which we will populate your website pages. This process is iterative, and we will communicate with you throughout this process to get you a fully customised and functioning website.

Step 3: Ongoing support/maintenance

Your website will run using the internet’s most popular website software: WordPress. After the initial setup, we will maintain this software for 12 months, ensuring your site remains fast, secure and accessible. We will also provide ongoing support to help you maintain and add to the content of your website, including how to upload images, create new pages, blog posts, articles. Utilising WordPress makes this process very straightforward, (no coding is necessary), and creating content is a simple as using a word processor.
